| How do I access the institute portal login? | Visit the NHAI Internship Portal → Click Institute Login → Enter registered institute email and password (provided by NHAI). Use Forgot Password if required. Contact NHAI helpdesk if credentials are not received. |

Log in → Navigate to Pending Applications → Verify
student details and documents → Click

Important: Only institute-approved applications will be considered for shortlisting by NHAI. |
| What if a student's application has discrepancies? | Contact the student promptly requesting clarification and ask them to resubmit corrected documents. Review updated application and approve if satisfied. |
